Description
CELA-3RT (LY3437943) is a synthetic 39-amino-acid peptide analogue of glucose-dependent insulinotropic polypeptide, modified with a C20 fatty-diacid moiety to extend stability in assay conditions. Molecular weight approximately 4731 Da. In vitro, it acts as a triple agonist at glucose-dependent insulinotropic polypeptide, glucagon-like peptide and glucagon receptors, activating class B G-protein-coupled receptor cAMP signalling. Supplied as a lyophilised powder. For laboratory research use only.
