Description
A two-component lyophilised research blend. CJC-1295 is a 30-amino-acid analogue of GHRH(1-29) bearing D-Ala2, Gln8, Ala15 and Leu27 substitutions that confer resistance to DPP-4 cleavage; molecular weight approximately 3367.9 Da. Ipamorelin is a synthetic pentapeptide (Aib-His-D-2-Nal-D-Phe-Lys-NH2), formula C38H49N9O5, molecular weight approximately 711.9 Da, acting as a selective agonist at the ghrelin receptor (GHS-R1a). In vitro the two compounds engage distinct receptor pathways - GHRH-R and GHS-R1a - and are studied together in somatotroph signalling assays. For laboratory research use only.
