Delivery & returns
How Celara Life orders are delivered locally at no cost and when a replacement is issued.
Local delivery
Every order is delivered locally by our own team in temperature-safe packaging, and local delivery is always free. Orders are prepared within two business days and we confirm a delivery window by email.
Refills
Refills follow the same cycle as your plan. Adjust or pause a cycle before the billing date to change the next delivery.
Returns
Vials cannot be returned or resold once delivered. Unopened non-peptide items may be returned within 30 days.
Damaged or missing orders
Contact care@support.celara.life within seven days of delivery and we will replace a damaged, delayed or missing order at no cost.
